Philip Hogan: CEO
Frank McGuinness: CTO
Philip is a CEO with over 24 years’ software and telecommunications experience. Philip is co-founder of Openet, a telecommunications software provider and Ireland’s largest indigenous software company. Philip led the commercial sales, marketing, engineering services, legal and partner teams as Chief Commercial Officer. He established Openet as a global leader in telecommunication software. He has strong experience in bringing product to new markets, in particular 80+ complex telecommunications software deployments to customers in 32 countries globally. Philip is an innovative and results driven leader. Philip holds a BSc. in Computer applications and completed the Irish Management Institute Senior Executive Program. He also holds a number of senior Board Advisor positions with Software and Telecommunications, Information systems and Health Care solution companies.
Frank is an IT enterprise and solutions architect with project management experience. He has over 18 years’ experience designing, delivering innovative, scalable and highly performant technology solutions for multi-national organizations such as TNT, Openet, Meteor, Iona, AOL and HP. Frank is a Masters Graduate in ICT management from Trinity College, Dublin and B. Eng. in Electronic Information Systems Engineering from Coventry University, UK.
Prof: Dermot Power: Chief Medical Officer
Prof. Power graduated in 1991 from University College Dublin and trained at Mater Misericordiae University Hospital in Dublin (MMUH), ultimately specialising in Geriatric Medicine. Subsequently Prof. Power trained at the John Radcliffe Hospital and Radcliffe Infirmary in Oxford and he was awarded his MD from University College Dublin in 2002.
His special interests include dementia, health service planning and medical ethics. Prof. Power is a Consultant Geriatrician at the Mater in Dublin.
Siobhan Maughan:
VP Product Management
Siobhan has over 25 years’ experience in the software industry. She has held Vice President Product Management positions in a number of high profile organisations. Siobhan holds an Advanced Diploma in Personal, Leadership and Executive Coaching, and the QQI Certificate in Professional Coaching Practice and Ethics. Siobhan established a successful Product Management consultancy business (Integrated Thinking) supporting commercial and technical efficiency through effective product strategy and development processes.
